Support Care Worker Opportunities

We are seeking a Support Care Worker to join our organisation in Queanbeyan. As a Support Care Worker, you will focus on assisting elderly individuals to continue living in their own homes, while maintaining their independence and connection to the community.

This includes providing assistance with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, and transportation, as well as supporting clients with social activities like outings and reviewing care plans to understand client goals and needs.

You will use technology to track important information and identify potential hazards to ensure client safety. Our support and development of you and your career is paramount, enabling you to get the most from your role and find your perfect fit within our organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Aged Care sector
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desirable)
  • Friendly with good relationship-building skills and respectful of dignity and privacy
  • Current Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle (travel required)
