System Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced system architect to join our specialist support and projects team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical maintenance, support services within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Utilise expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies to scope and work on various projects.
  • Share knowledge and expertise through coaching others in the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience as a senior systems engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
  • Experience and background supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies.

Technical Experience:

  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration.
  • Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration.
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow.
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products.
  • Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
  • Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
