Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Care Planning: Meet with clients and their families to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans that meet their requirements.
  • Nursing Care and In-Home Services: Provide some nursing care and in-home care services as needed, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule services for our clients by rostering care workers based on their qualifications and availability.
  • Documentation and Administration: Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in our databases and software programs.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA Registration
  • Qualifications in Nursing
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Proficient computing skills
  • Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police Check & Working with Children Check
  • Current or willing to obtain First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Full Driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia
Preferred Skills
  • A sound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systems
  • Demonstrated experience supporting staff
