En tant que Chef de Partie, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Second de Cuisine et l'équipe pour créer des expériences culinaires exceptionnelles.

Responsabilités
  • Concevoir et préparer des plats de haute qualité, conformément aux fiches techniques.
  • Veiller à la présentation, à la qualité et à la bonne température des plats.
  • Effectuer l'envoi des plats dans le respect des délais souhaités par le client.
  • Recevoir, contrôler et stocker les marchandises.
  • Anticiper les ruptures de produits et effectuer les réassortiments en conséquence.
  • Adapter votre organisation et votre rythme de travail en fonction de l'affluence, des événements et des clients.
  • Former et contrôler le travail des commis, apprentis et stagiaires.
  • Appliquer les règles d'hygiène dans votre équipe.
  • Développer une communication dynamique et un esprit d'initiative au sein de votre brigade.
Qualifications
  • Formation en cuisine ou expérience dans la cuisine.
  • Polyvalence pour travailler dans des conditions chaudes et froides, ainsi que pour les banquets.
  • Souci de travailler dans des conditions optimales d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Connaissance des procédures HACCP.
  • Organisation et envie pour réussir sur ce poste.
