Employee Relations Expert

As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will provide strategic and informed advice to business leaders on complex employee relations matters. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe and inclusive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide informed guidance on employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, organizational change, and under-performance.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee conduct, including bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
- Interpret and advise on employment legislation, collective agreements, and workplace policies.
- Support the development of people leader capability through training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications in employee relations, human resources, or employment law.
- Proven experience in employee relations within a large corporate setting.
- Able to engage with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- History of providing commercially sound solutions to complex problems.
