Customer Experience Expert

As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a crucial role in developing end-to-end customer experience strategies that drive engagement and sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and creating innovative solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, with experience in managing multiple timelines and competing deadlines. You should also be able to work independently, achieving results at pace with energy and drive. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals, with the ability to translate feedback into actionable tasks.

  • Develop end-to-end customer experience strategies that drive engagement and sales

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency, with at least 2 years of experience in the AUS market
  • Strong background in strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines
  • Deep understanding of brand and marketing fundamentals
