Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Business Partner to drive end-to-end Supply Chain Finance initiatives for the Minto manufacturing site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the leadership team to optimize Factory Operating Costs, minimize Consumption Waste, and deliver Production Volume Recoveries.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction, and developing solutions to address these areas.
  • Developing and tracking savings delivery of our #NothingGoesToWaste agenda, including regular waste governance and timely cost booking.

You will also be responsible for analyzing monthly cost performance, providing budget inputs for operating plans, and verifying quarterly Make Cost per tonne for each locally manufactured SKU.

This is a high-profile leadership role that requires resilience, ability to conduct difficult conversations, and effective prioritization to achieve results.
