Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new business contracts including fixed-term and interim recruitment requirements.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to source candidates and fulfill their needs.
- Collaborating with external agencies to find the best talent in the market.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in internal or agency recruitment.
- Strong background in Tech/IT recruitment.
- Experience in financial or professional services preferably in both agency and in-house backgrounds.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and build relationships across stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
- Pragmatic and diplomatic communication style.
