About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team as a Trade Counter Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Process customer transactions and manage cash handling duties
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
