About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Health Practitioner - Dermatology to join our team at the Royal Children's Hospital. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and managing children and families within their clinical context, using your expertise to make informed decisions that impact patient outcomes.
This is a Part Time Ongoing position, 48 hours per fortnight within Dermatology. You will work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to children and families. Your role will involve developing comprehensive plans, managing episodes of care, and delivering clinical educational programs.
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in paediatric dermatology, with a strong understanding of child development and health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with best practice in paediatric dermatology.
