Key Objectives:

  • Maintain the reliability and effectiveness of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system by troubleshooting and problem-solving, identifying data patterns, and applying advanced data analysis.
  • Utilize databases and SQL or CCL queries to enhance EHR functionality and improve patient care.
  • Collaborate with various healthcare systems, including HL7 messaging, PAS, LIS, RIS, and Pharmacy dispensing systems, to ensure accurate and safe patient outcomes.
  • Develop strong analytical skills to identify data trends and opportunities for improvement in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within a multidisciplinary team setting.
