About the Job

HYDE Perth seeks a seasoned Revenue Manager to lead revenue maximisation efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to achieve financial goals. This includes actively managing the Hotel's revenue system, analysing market trends and competitor performance, and updating pricing and inventory management.

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive financial growth.
  • Manage the Hotel's revenue system - ensuring optimal pricing and inventory levels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to establish revenue targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings with commercial teams to review performance and discuss strategies for improvement.

About You
  • You're an experienced revenue manager with 4–5 years in the industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • You must be technically skilled with a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations.
  • You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm under pressure.
  • You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with.
  • You love working across teams and understand the importance of aligning with sales and marketing.
  • You're goal-oriented, resilient, and results-driven.
