Lead Education and Childcare Team

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced educational leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire, motivate, affirm and challenge or extend the practice and pedagogy of educators.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in curriculum programming, with a proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to educators in every room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality care for all children within the service.
  • Clear understanding of documentation processes to ensure children's learning is recorded accurately and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to embed quality practices consistently across the service.
  • Establish, nurture and foster strong relationships with children to achieve quality learning and development outcomes.
  • Build supportive relationships with families to facilitate open communication of expectations and needs.
  • Assist in ensuring quality practices and procedures are met according to regulatory requirements.
  • Educate staff on inclusion and support of children's diverse learning abilities.
About You

You should possess a Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification, with a passion for children's development and safety.

A demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education programs, combined with sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, is essential.

You must also be an effective communicator and leader, with the ability to mentor and empower educators.
