Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Designer to join our team as a Seasonal Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for undertaking conceptual graphic and digital design activities relating to seasonal, promotional, and in-house marketing content in accordance with brand directives and guidelines.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
  • Ideal experience between 3–5 years in graphic design (in-house or agency side);
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and creating new concepts that align to the brand DNA;
  • Proficiency with creative design programs Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Aftereffects), as well as visual and interaction design tools (Figma).
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary level design qualification;
  • Exceptional design skills, an eye for content quality, creative typographic, and crafting skills;
  • Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and Prototyping experience highly regarded;
  • Results-driven and ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work effectively and level-headed under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Receptive and responsive to constructive feedback;
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and effectively plan and be proactive in all facets of the role;
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage your workflow.
