What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and herbal teas.
- Monitors and coaches' talent to ensure baristas understand how to properly dial in espresso shots, that they understand the standards of milk texturing and pouring and basic latte art.
- Follow the correct workflow and keep the station clean.
- Ensure all coffee equipment is maintained, clean, and in good condition.
- Oversee quality control of coffee station - temperature, presentation, and accuracy of coffee orders.
