DAME, a renowned Melbourne-based hospitality group, is seeking a skilled barista to join their team at their CBD cafe. Located in the heart of Collins St, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a close-knit team of 3 baristas, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service during peak periods. With up to 90kg of coffee beans processed per week, the ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a barista in a similar environment, preferably with experience working with industry-standard equipment such as La Marzocco and Mahlkonig machines. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times is essential.

The role offers approximately 30 hours of work per week, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. DAME is closed on Sundays, but we offer a fixed roster to accommodate your lifestyle. We're committed to providing a supportive and professional environment that fosters personal growth and development.

If you're passionate about great food and coffee, and possess excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Please note that a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required for this role.

Salary: Approximately $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience
