Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our learning and development strategy, ensuring our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to excel.

The ideal candidate will coordinate and deliver engaging learning activities, support onboarding, and foster continuous learning in a dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Programs: Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  2. Learning Resources: Manage learning resources, including online modules, workshops, and training materials.
  3. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and a warm welcome.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seek ways to improve our learning initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ Years experience in Hospitality Operations or Learning and Development
• Valid RSA & RCG Competency Card
• Formal qualifications related to the key position accountabilities and capabilities as detailed above
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to deal with a wide variety of employees
• Demonstrate behaviours which are in line with the core and culture values of our organisation
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, deliver to deadlines and perform under pressure, while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Ability to travel between multiple work locations
• A passionate Learning and Development professional with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Skilled in creating engaging learning materials and resources.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
