Key Role

We seek a skilled professional to lead organisational development initiatives that drive business outcomes through learning and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of strategic programmes aligned with company goals, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders for successful implementation.
  • Design and facilitate leadership and soft skills training sessions for leaders and teams, creating tailored initiatives that support key business objectives.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose learning materials, including presentations, tools, and training packages, to meet diverse workforce needs.
  • Foster localisation and implementation of head office initiatives, building internal networks for consultation and collaboration.
  • Manage the Learning and Organisational Development calendar to ensure seamless delivery of programmes and services.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Education, Training, or Adult Learning.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in OD/L&D, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven programmes.
  • Strong technical expertise and effective facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
