Audiology Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Audiology Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Job Description:

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support in hearing health. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to progress from this role into a leadership position through our comprehensive training program.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy towards others, and be committed to continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting positive relationships
  • Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided)
  • Determine best course of action through triaging appointments
  • Schedule appointments through our system
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Liaise with store partners and ensure smooth flow of daily operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Audiology or allied health, although this is not essential. They will also possess strong computer literacy and be highly adept in Bluetooth and troubleshooting technology.
