Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carer. The successful candidate will provide essential support and care to service users in their own homes, assisting them with daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and administering medication
- Assist with meal preparation and provision of refreshments
- Support service users with mobility and transfer needs
- Complete basic paperwork and adhere to care plans in place
- Previous experience in a care capacity, whether in community, care home, or hospital settings
- Valid driving licence and access to a car (pool cars available)
- Able to work every other weekend or one regular day per weekend
- Calm, polite, and caring nature
- Use of pool cars at highly subsidised rates
- Blue Light Card
- Company-sponsored training development
