About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Ruizean Group.

This role involves maintaining, upgrading, and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless IT support and onboarding for new starters, and maintaining a reliable and efficient system for existing employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, systems administration, or IT management, with hands-on experience in managing firewalls, switches, VPNs, and DNS configurations.

They will also be proficient in managing MS Office 365 environments, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and endpoint security, and familiar with Active Directory and user/group management, including Microsoft Intune and Entra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining, upgrading, and managing IT infrastructure
  • Providing seamless IT support and onboarding for new starters
  • Maintaining a reliable and efficient system for existing employees

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in network administration, systems administration, or IT management
  • Hands-on experience with managing firewalls, switches, VPNs, and DNS configurations
  • Expertise in managing MS Office 365 environments, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and endpoint security
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user/group management, including Microsoft Intune and Entra
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
