We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our Paediatric Medicine team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through telehealth and home visits. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
You will be working with children and their families, providing expert nursing care, assessing and managing individual care plans, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert, person-centered paediatric nursing care through telehealth and home visits.
- Assess and manage individual care plans, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient outcomes daily.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless patient flow within the team.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration nursing/midwifery experience, demonstrating clinical competence.
- Proven experience in guiding student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
