Drive Revenue Growth

Are you a sales leader with a passion for networking and coaching others? We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and bring in net new business from prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and bring in net new business from prospects.
  • Recruit, grow, and lead a smaller team of sales professionals; coach and train the team.
  • Set appointments with business owners via phone, in person, network, and referral partnerships.
  • Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present solutions to close sales in target verticals (restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more).
  • Use a tablet-based CRM for lead generation, sales presentations, value analysis, and paperless contract processing.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to help the team achieve sales goals through coaching and joint appointments.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule with a home-office setup and maximize residuals on the business you bring in.
  • Recruit, hire, and grow the sales team; participate in talent scouting and interviewing.
  • Network locally to find sales reps who can contribute to the team's success.
  • Support and coach sales reps in the field on our proven sales playbook to help them succeed.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
  • Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment
  • Must live in area relative to job posting location
