About the Role

This casual position involves responding to fire and other emergency incidents, promoting community safety through education activities, and developing competencies through regular training and drills.

As an Auxiliary Firefighter, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of attendance and participation, operating specialized equipment safely and effectively, and contributing to the upkeep and maintenance of station facilities.

You will also play a key role in incident reporting and general station administration, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with legislative, policy, and procedural requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong set of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Australian Permanent Resident Status
