About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rug Retail Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with rug selections and answering product-related inquiries.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our rug inventory, including fabrics, sizes, and prices.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in furniture or home decor sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
