**Job Requirements:**

  • Opening and closing the store securely
  • Maintaining accurate sales and meeting targets
  • Safeguarding store presentation
  • Generating and sending reports to head office
  • Communicating with head office and other stores via secure channels
  • Working well in a team environment
  • Using technology for sales and reporting purposes

**Physical Aspects:** This role involves climbing ladders, moving rugs, and lifting small to large rugs off racks. Team members must be physically capable of performing these tasks.

**Availability:** Must be available on weekends and work 20-30 hours per week.

**Bonus Package:** Bonuses are paid based on daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures. Earn up to $500 extra per week.

**Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/retail or related field.
