Financial Operations Coordinator
This role plays a vital part in supporting the Financial Accounting team with tasks including managing bookings, reviewing accounts payable transactions, and liaising with internal teams and vendors to ensure financial data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Financial Accounting team
- Review and verify financial transactions
- Liaise with providers and internal stakeholders for accommodation, catering, and other bookings processes
- Support the broader team with ad hoc administrative tasks
A Successful Financial Operations Coordinator Should Possess:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role within a government sector
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to financial accounting and systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- $45 per hour plus super
- Convenient location in Melbourne CBD
