Job Description

As the Promotions Specialist within the JB Hi-Fi Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Promotions & Planning Manager and buying teams to ensure that weekly promotional activity is executed accurately, on time and communicated to relevant stakeholders each week. In addition, the role is responsible for administering pricing and promotions compliance, record keeping and general promotions operations.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Coordinate the collection and internal communication of the weekly promotions plan
• Perform weekly price checks for promotional executions
• Review ad hoc promotions & competition T&C's
• Ensure accurate record keeping of all promotions/marketing activity
• Facilitate monthly marketing board packs
• Marketing forecast management
• Manage monthly Marketing claims
• Build strong working relationships with Buying, Marketing, Store Operations & Category Development teams
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 4 years in a retail promotions/marketing role
• Experience working in a fast paced, results driven environment
• Tertiary qualification in business or marketing
