We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director - Home Loans to join our team at Great Southern Bank.

As a key member of our Product team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Home Loans strategy and helping our customers achieve their goal of owning their dream home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our Customer Experience, Digital, Marketing, and Credit Risk teams to develop customer-focused products and credit policies.
  • Collaborating with our distribution and retention teams to ensure disciplined margin management and achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • Managing pricing requests via our Pricing Inbox to balance growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Reviewing existing products and leading customer value initiatives to deliver enhancements to our Home Loan suite.
  • Managing all risks, incidents, issues, and controls associated with our products and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Banking, Home Loans, or Product Management role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different audiences.
  • Research and analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and draw conclusions from complex sets of data.
