About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily services to meet scheduled and contracted requirements.
  • Liaise with operational management to continuously improve service delivery and resolve issues.
  • Evaluate new work opportunities and report on contractual matters, opportunity pipelines, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain customer service standards and identify service solutions to assist customer retention.
  • Utilise company resources to monitor and improve driver productivity and fleet efficiency.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage time and competing priorities. You will also have intermediate IT skills and be able to effectively utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Database, and Customer Relationship Management tools.
