Job Role Overview:

The Refinery Operator will be accountable for the efficient operation and supervision of a used lubrication oil refinery, including loading and unloading trucks, transferring bulk oil products, conducting sample analysis and diagnosing plant faults.

Maintaining a secure and organized work environment is also crucial. The operator must complete paperwork, data entry, and issue work permits, as well as start-up and shut-down refinery processes.

Essential Skills:
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate refinery processes
  • Proficiency in Maths and English
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug tests

Chemical handling experience is highly regarded, and a forklift license is advantageous.
