At Winning Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our DC operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products throughout our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Operations: Transfer stock to designated storage areas, pick stock to picking lanes, conduct cycle counts, and perform other suitable duties as requested by Supervisors or Managers.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to move products around the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and handling induction/training.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and ensure that all products are stored and handled in accordance with company procedures.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with the DC team to develop better and safer procedures, build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain open communication channels.
- LF & LO License: Preferred but not essential; candidates with LF & LO qualifications will be offered a higher base salary.
- Warehouse Experience: Required; preferred experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
- Safety Focus: Strong safety focus with knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Team Player: Excellent team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Permanent Full-Time: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
- Competitive Salary: $58,000 + Super + Afternoon Penalties.
