The Role

We are seeking a skilled Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Early Stroke Discharge Program. As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients with stroke. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, goal-setting, and rehabilitating patients to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients with stroke to identify their occupational therapy needs
