Job Title: Forestry Educators

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced forestry educators to join our team in delivering part-time face-to-face workshops for adult learners. As a forestry educator, you will be responsible for teaching various modules of the International Core Curriculum of Forest Therapy to trainees.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring effective communication and engagement with participants.
  • To prepare and teach curriculum-based materials, incorporating interactive and participatory approaches where possible.
  • To facilitate teamwork, focus, reliability, and responsiveness among trainees, adhering to agreed timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as an INFTA-Certified Forest Therapy Guide or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three years' experience in teaching or lecturing, with ability to effectively address heterogenous student groups.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Focused, efficient, and structured work style with good time-management skills.
  • Adequate people skills, reliability, approachability, conciliation, and open-mindedness.
  • Native English, German, or Chinese language proficiency.
  • Well-developed IT skills.
