Early Learning Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Early Learning Engagement Specialist.

This is a full-time permanent role that requires the successful candidate to manage the entire enrolment experience for families and services across QLD, NSW, and VIC. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing data and reporting, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the early learning sector and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have a calm and solutions-focused approach to customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the enrolment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for families and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage data and reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, services, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve the enrolment experience.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in the early learning sector, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
