Sourcing Strategist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to oversee the strategic management of fresh produce categories. The successful candidate will lead sourcing initiatives, develop and execute category plans, and maintain strong relationships with growers and suppliers.

• Tertiary qualified in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and/or Business Administration
• 5–7 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to 'read' the market
• Sound understanding of Commercial and Contract Law
• Familiarity with supplier management tools (e.g. ERP, Foods Connected)
