  • An interest in gaining or already have 2+ years experience in aged care or disability
  • A genuine passion for care work and strong communication and listening skills
  • Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week
  • National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check
  • Current First Aid, Manual Handling, and Hand Hygiene certificates highly regarded
  • Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module preferred for NDIS support worker roles
  • Current Driver's License and a roadworthy vehicle registered and insured
  • Completed online Department of Health COVID-19 infection control training
  • Previous employment in disability or aged care support work preferred
  • Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare qualifications
