Supportive Caregiver Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Caregiver to join our team. As a Supportive Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the needs of customers and develop personalized care plans to meet their individual requirements
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support services
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication and empathy
  • Utilize electronic customer information systems to manage customer data and ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and/or experience in aged care, human services, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a home-based care setting
  • A current National Police Clearance and valid driver's license
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
  • High-level computer literacy and proficiency in using electronic customer information systems
