Prouds Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Dandenong. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
- Achieve set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies and procedures
- Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
