Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to manage our team of associates in the execution of shipping and distribution tasks nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise assigned team members, conduct performance reviews, manage inventory control procedures, and implement warehouse service standards.
  • Maintain, refine, and suggest improvements within the area to meet customer requirements, including deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement performance measurements and auditing processes to evaluate operations efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure accurate shipment tracking and accounting in the ERP system.
  • Manage inventory levels to support business needs and prevent work stoppage.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely pickups and effective use of shipping software.
  • Oversee parts preparation, material handling, measuring, and packaging equipment.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years job-related experience, including knowledge of packing and shipping processes.
  • 1 year team lead or supervisory related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have experience working in high-volume, multi-shift order fulfillment centers.
