Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of social media, online communities, and streaming services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive audience growth and engagement. This includes creating and delivering compelling content, managing distribution channels, and fostering relationships within the industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of Universal Content Guidelines and the ability to educate artists/management on their implementation. Additionally, the individual will be expected to identify opportunities for content collaboration with creators/influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans for domestic and international releases.
  • Develop and implement audience growth and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee strategy development, rollout, and content distribution across label and artist channels.
  • Drive e-commerce success through social media and website optimization.
  • Foster partnerships with content creators and influencers for artist collaborations.

Tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential. Experience in commissioning/producing audio/visual content and assets is beneficial.
