We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager to lead the team at a Montmorency centre.

  • Lead and inspire Educators to deliver quality education and care.
  • Manage operational aspects including rostering, marketing and communications with the Centre Manager.
  • Build relationships with children, parents and the wider community.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

To succeed as an Assistant Centre Manager, you will need:

  • A Diploma-level Early Childhood Qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in childcare preferably as an Assistant Centre Manager.
  • Certifications required for working with children such as WWCC, First Aid Certificate and Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Qualifications to appoint as a Certified Supervisor.
