Childcare Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading your own childcare service and supporting local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs.

You will have the opportunity to create engaging programs using industry-leading tools, build positive relationships within the school community, and mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 30-36 hours per week. You will earn up to $35 per hour, plus up to $3500 of allowances annually.

About the Role:

  • Lead your own childcare service and support local families
  • Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools
  • Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Roster for your service with support from your Area Manager
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks

About You:

  • An engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
  • Will to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
  • Will to obtain National Criminal History Check
