">Job Description
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to provide high-quality individualized nursing care to patients across inpatient wards and outpatient clinics.
  • Play a key role in supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge to enhance care delivery and outcomes within the service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based nursing care to clients of the Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Act as a role model and clinical resource, guiding peers and junior staff.
  • Contribute to service development, patient care planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exercise autonomy and professional judgment in clinical decision-making.
Requirements
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to patient care.
  • Confident decision-maker capable of working autonomously and leading colleagues where required.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to individualized care.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to uphold the highest standards of care in line with NSW Health Code of Conduct.
