Structural Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This role provides an excellent chance to work with experienced industry leaders, develop your technical skills, and progress your career.

As a Graduate Structural Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of structures in accordance with XK standards. You will work closely with the project drafter to complete designs, coordinate minor design requirements, and check designs and documentation. Additionally, you will carry out site inspections and visits to assist in the design process, liaise with builders and other consultants, and represent our company in developing valuable relationships with project partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, membership with Engineers Australia (an advantage), and previous exposure to engineering. You should also be a team player with energy and passion for structural engineering, have high attention to detail, and be motivated towards furthering your technical skills. Strong communication and a commitment to continuous learning and development are essential qualities for this position.
