As a key point of contact for customers throughout the automation journey, you will design and develop warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs, optimizing workflows, fleet sizing, and system integration.

You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Design, and the local Customer Success team to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion and business growth initiatives across APAC with a focus on Australia.

Lead technical discussions with customers, providing clear insights into system capabilities, benefits, and deployment considerations.

Coordinate and support project execution post-sale, ensuring successful deployments by working with internal teams across engineering, customer success, and operations.

Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Train and support customers on system functionality, best practices, and ongoing performance optimization.

Drive customer success by fostering long-term relationships and supporting operational growth through solution refinement.
