Automation Expert

Solutions Engineers are key to expanding our presence and driving success in the warehouse robotics automation market across APAC.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the automation process.
  • Design and develop tailored warehouse automation solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Perform data analysis and process modeling to validate solution feasibility.
  • Work closely with Sales, Solutions Design, and local Customer Success teams to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support international expansion and business growth initiatives.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers and provide clear insights into system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  2. Train and support customers on system functionality.
  3. Continuously monitor customer performance metrics.
  4. Drive customer success by fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, fulfillment processes, and material flow optimization.
