Senior Finance Professional

As a Senior Accountant, you will be an integral part of our team and play a key role in helping us achieve our growth goals. We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years' experience in a public practice environment to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for collaborating with partners and team members to ensure client work is completed on time, working with partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, assisting with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, leading and reviewing the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs, developing and managing client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value, leading and reviewing the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for various companies and trusts, liaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clients, participating in training seminars, team meetings and social events, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
• Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value
• Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice, a Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar, expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks, and a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to their work.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
• Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
• Expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
