Lead Systems Controls Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Control Systems Engineer to join our team in Perth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on project design and execution teams, with a focus on control systems engineering.
Key responsibilities will include leading a team of engineers, providing technical direction, assigning tasks, reviewing work and ensuring adherence to budgeted hours.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, reporting progress, managing scope changes and resource requirements.

- Key Skills:
- Australia-wide electrical and instrumentation services expertise;
- Experience in brownfield and greenfield mining, materials handling, mineral processing and port facilities;
- PLC programming skills (e.g. Rockwell, Schneider, GE/Emerson);
- SCADA programming skills (e.g. Citect, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Cimplicity);
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to foster constructive relationships with key client personnel;
- Strong organisational, time management and decision-making capabilities;
