Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled solicitor to join our team and play a key role in delivering major renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating development and construction agreements.
  • Advising on projects across various renewable energy technologies: wind, solar, pumped hydro, run-of-river, geothermal, battery storage and hybrid projects.
  • Supporting clients through all stages of project delivery, from procurement and risk allocation to construction and ongoing operations.

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in energy, infrastructure or construction projects, with a focus on contract review, interpretation and negotiation.
  • Strong technical legal skills combined with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
